• Develop design document, graphic, control modules for new DCS project
• Execute DCS system FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
• Perform maintenance service routine for install based system
• Attend on call service for install based system

Qualification :

• Engineering in electrical/control and instrumentation/automation system
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Batch or safety system experience will be considered as additional advantage

1. Support Project Team & Sales Department for Site Survey or Technical Recommendation Related for Electrical, Instrumentation and Site Installation Requirement
   
2. Attending Internal & External Kick of Meeting with another division for handover new project. Coordination Meeting with Project Team for Clearance Technical Issue, Project Schedule & Project Execution Strategy Related to Electrical & Instrumentation
   
3. Review Project Scope of Work & Scope of Supply Related for Electrical & Instrumentation Refer to Sales Proposal, Customer Specification, Document Engineering Reference & Engineering Standard
   
4. Propose schedule submission document Electrical & Instrument to Leader E&I Engineer related and responsible to warranty document quality and Linier with Project Schedule
   
5. Prepare & Develope Document Engineering for Customer Approval Related for Electrical & Instrumentation Refer to Sales Proposal, Customer Specification & Engineering Standard
   
6. Communicate with Customer Related to Technical Issue for Expedite Approval Document Engineering
   
7. Review & Technical Clarification with Supplier / Vendor Regarding Material Requirement with Procurement Department Team
   
8. Supervise Fabrication & Assembly Control Panel / Analyzer Shelter at Staging Facility & Coordination with ME&I Fabrication & Site Supervisor for Manpower, Material & Tools Requirement
   
9. Responsible to joint & implementation HSE program
   
10. Responsible to joint & implementation ISO 9001:2018 

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation required
   
2. Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical or related job
   
3. Familiar with Electrical & Instrument Engineering Standard Code
   
4. Strong Skills with a Product Knowledge of Metering Product & DCS Product
   
5. Strong IT user skills with a Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
   
6. Strong with Electrical & Instrument Design Engineering Software
   
7. Strong with Electrical & Instrument Sizing Software / Tools
8. English Communication Skill
9. Strong Communication, Organization and Persuasion Skills, and Familiar with Project Execution Culture
   
   

Job Description :

• To perform technical support and services for Metering System
• To perform maintenance & Calibration activity for metering maintenance contract including routine maintenance checklist, annual calibration   and on call services
• To perform engineering task from design, configuration, programming, testing, installations, and commissioning
• Having good knowledge for instrumentation, control systems, electrical, and computer
• Work and coordination with other division

Specification :

•  Min S1 Electrical / Physics Instrument / Instrumentation Engineering
• Having min 3-5 years experiences in related field
• Good knowledge for metering standard AGA, API, etc
• Prefer having experienced on metering system instruments (Flow Comp, HMI, Wonderware, Ifix, System Integration, USM, Turbine, Orifice, Corioils    Flow Meter, Field Devices (PT, TT, FT), ATG, and Orifice
• Strong judgment and anlyze thinking
• Good presentation and communication skill ·    
• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Willing to travel for working on site in other city/island.

1. Maintenance, repair, serta training control valve, PSV, SDV dan isolation valve
2. Memberi rekomendasi strategi maintenance dan aplikasi
3. analisa kerusakaan control valve, PSV, SDV dan isolation valve dan membuat rekomendasi repair
4. Mengoperasikan alat ukur kelistrikan, instrumentasi dan pemesinan
5. Membaca gambar teknik, loop drawing, P&ID dan wiring diagram
6. Identifikasi masalah terhadap alat-alat instrument electronic dan electric valve
7. Memimpin dan merencanakan kegiatan Shutdown dan Turn Around Control Valve control valve, PSV, SDV dan isolation valve
8. Melakukan perencanaan anggaran pekerjaan dan penjadwalan

Man Specification

1. Minimum S1 Mekatronika, Instrumentasi, atau Mesin
2. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja minimal 5 tahun melakukan service control valve, PSV, SDV dan isolation valve
3. Memahami dan mengetahui standard international
4. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris
5. Berkeinginan belajar yang kuat dan keingintahuan yang kuat
   
   
   

• Bachelor majoring in Physic/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument Engineering
• Stay in Pekanbaru
• Having experience as Sales Engineer 2-3 years and familiar with Business Process
• Strong initiative and sales skill deal with new customer
• Good communication skill
• Good command of speaking and written English
