    Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical, Instrumentation engingeering
• Min. 2 years having experiences as application engineer and handling system (DCS, PLC or SCADA)
• Able to work as a team, multitasking and under pressure
• Hard working, fast learning, good initiative
• Pleasant personality, good attitude
• Creative, active
• Fluent in english both oral and written
• Able to communicate well with customer/principal, self driven, result oriented with positive outlook
• Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Microsoft Project. Capable to operate autocad is additional point.

Job Description :

• Mengatur semua tahapan proyek, termasuk didalamnya berkoordinasi dengan semua anggota tim, kontraktor, subkontraktor, material dan peralatan, memastikan semua persyaratan serta bekerja berorientasi pada kualitas sesuai dengan rencana dan anggaran yang ditetapkan.
• Review kontrak pekerjaan
• Menyusun Work Breakdown Schedule berdasarkan Scope of Work dan SoS didalam kontrak pekerjaan dan memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai rencana
• Menyusun master budget dan MCF (Margin Calculation Form) dan memberikan rekomendasi jika diperlukan revisi
• Menyusun master schedule dan target pencapaian dengan tool yang tepat
• Mengidentifikasi resiko-resiko area critical (potential problem) yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proyek
• Mengidentiikasi, menganalisa dan menemukan solusi atas isu-isu yg muncul dalam proyek
• Mengatur berjalannya projek dari awal sampai dengan CoC (Certificate of Completion)
• Membuat WBS terhadap VOR (Variation Order Request)

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 Teknik elektro/ industri/mesin/ fisika, instrumentasi/ perminyakan
•         Preferable male max 35 years
•         Penalaman min 3 tahun sebagai project control/project engineer/ project management di perusahaan perekayasa/EPC/Engineering Company
•         Memahami proses Project Management, Project Control, ASME, API, PUIL
•         Bisa mengoperasikan MS. Office, MS. Project Software
•         Menguasai bahasa Inggris
•         Memahami ISO 9001 : 2008

Job Description :

• Melakukan identifikasi serta pemetaan dari potensi bahaya yang berpeluang terjadi pada lingkungan kerja baik di kantor dan di project baik onshore/offshore.
• Membuat dan memelihara dokumen terkait system manajemen K3 termasuk laporan-laporan HSE di aktifitas project.
• Memastikan, memeriksa dan melakukan inspeksi rutin mengenai kelayakan dan kesediaan APD serta peralatan keselamatan kerja seperti APAR, P3K, dll.
• Memberikan pelatihan K3L kepada pekerja seperti pemakaian APAR, P3K, Tanggap Darurat, dll.
• Membuat surat ijin kerja aman/work permit, SIKA, HSE Plan, JSA dan laporan kinerja HSE lainnya
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengawasan keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan keamanan terutama di lokasi proyek
• Berkordinasi dengan Project Manager, tim project lainnya, atau fungsi lain dalam aktifitas project
• Melakukan promosi K3 di area office maupun aktifitas project
• Melakukan rapat rutin P2K3, tool box meeting, melakukan incident investigation, audit K3, PQ CSMS.

Qualification :

• Laki-Laki, S1 Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat/K3/Teknik Lingkungan
• Berpengalaman minimal 4 tahun di HSE, terutama di project oil and gas onshore/offshore, petrochemical, power industry.
• Memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum/AK3 Migas, First Aider, Peran Pemadam Kebakaran, Incident Investigation, BOSIET, Confined Space, Working at High dan sertifikat terkait HSE lainnya.
• Memahami system manajemen ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 atau SMK3
• Bisa mengoperasikan Komputer, program microsoft dan mengerti Bahasa Inggris
• Bersedia bekerja di area project baik onshore/offshore.
• Komunikatif, pro aktif, bertanggung jawab, mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan, mudah beradaptasi dan berbaur dengan orang lain.
• Mampu melakukan presentasi, audit terkait HSE/CSMS.
