Qualified trainers conduct class room interactive training sessions for various products under different syllabus for Operation, Maintenance and Engineering in order to meet the plant requirement. Customized training course is also designed & made available for refresher or dual purpose role for plant personnel.

Each product group has dedicated engineers made available on 24x7x365 in order to provide emergency response service to our maintenance contract customers, also a dedicated technical support group is available in order to provide on time response to all customer’s technical query during office hours.
